We’ve been a team for over 16 years, in life, in the kitchen, and through countless late-night food brainstorms. Food has always been how we connect with people. If we care about you, chances are we are going to feed you.

Jim brings a French-trained background to the kitchen and firmly believes that butter makes everything better, a philosophy we fully stand behind. Carrye is the creative force behind the scenes, shaping the look, feel, and personality of Mobile Munchies. If something feels fun, playful, or a little extra, that is usually her touch.

Some of our best menu ideas come to life well after midnight. They usually start with a simple question and quickly turn into something bigger, with Jim always willing to experiment and see where an idea can go.

We love celebrations of all kinds. From birthdays and weddings to school events and food truck nights, bringing people together over food is what drives us. What began as cooking for family slowly grew into cooking for the community, and that sense of connection is still at the heart of everything we do.

We believe food should make you smile mid-bite. If it does not, we go back to the drawing board. Mobile Munchies is built on comfort, nostalgia, and fun, taking familiar favorites and giving them a creative twist. We truly love what we do.
